March 1 is deadline for Hanover's "Spirit of Volunteerism" awards

Nominations are now being accepted for Hanover’s 2013 Spirit of Volunteerism Awards.  March 1 is the deadline to submit nominations recognizing outstanding volunteer service throughout our county.

Hanover has a strong tradition of volunteering and these awards allow the community to acknowledge the work for those whose efforts change the lives of many.  Anyone may nominate inspiring individuals or groups of any age, whether they serve small or large organizations, schools, neighborhoods, government, faith-based community initiatives or civic-led community outreach.
